What is a template?
A template is the script of a little play which guides the interaction of one player to another player(s).
This example illustrates the concept and use of a template. Note that the recruiter who has leader privileges copies and pastes the text associated of each step into an interactive message post. The recruit responds with some text to the post. The core of this idea is that the recruiter only needs to know how to copy/paste and how to use a template. He doesn’t have do a lot of on-the-fly typing or thinking. I mean, tell (copy/paste) something, get a response, repeat until done. If the answer to any query is “No” then the conversation go completely manual. The leader will either get it back on track or the interview is terminated.
The beauty of this is that many more guildmates will concern doing leadership admin like this. Even a twelve year old kid now-a-days (I think) could do it. I can teach that. It’s important to buildup a leader “class” in a guild. This is one way to show other guildmates how to help and guide younger mates. If you can figure it out you will find that it’s very satisfying and for the completely ruthless how to strengthen the guild (imo).
Finally, teaching a leader recruit is done by the Training a leader recruit to use templates template. All hard stuff is done or automated with them. The last I worked on it I figured I need ninety templates.

Recruiting a guildmate GvG figher template
This assumes that the player responded to a call for GvG fighters.
Recruiter
Thank you for responding to the call for GvG fighters. In this interview, I will explain. The duties and responsibilities of a GvG fighter will be outlined. A series of questions will be asked to determine whether you are up to the task. Are you ready to proceed.
Recruit
Yep!
Recruiter
The first and most important requirement is an ability to commit to and do military activities. A player doesn’t need to commit to an activity but if he does then it is required that the commitment is completed. If a player fails in a commitment then the player will be removed from the domain of the activity for 10 days. After 10 days the incident is forgotten and the guildmate is golden again. Do you understand what understand this?
Recruit
Yes, I do.
And so on…
